OCHS funds are used for operations, capital improvements, fees for program speakers or event participants, and to offset expenses for activities sponsored by OCHS. The Society receives revenue from memberships, donations, grants, products it sells, and through various events it sponsors.

Through purchases you make
When you purchase items at Kroger supermarket and designate your charity as Ottawa County Historical Society, a portion of your purchases will be donated to the Society. Please click on the Kroger image below for additional instructions to link your KrogerPlus card.
From your estate
As you complete your estate plans, you may designate the Ottawa County Historical Society as a beneficiary in your will. Please consult your attorney on how you may remember us in your estate plans.
